At Merci, we narrow down the target audience and the purpose of the video, then produce it accordingly, delivering video production with a high return on investment. Before filming begins, we hold repeated meetings with you, turn the content into a storyboard, and only start production once the structure is finalized. That way, the result isn't just stylish, it's rich in substance.
FEATURE 02
We deliver the finished video in whatever format you require, whether that's embedding it on your website, uploading it to YouTube, or producing it on DVD. For example, if you want to turn the video into a DVD as a sales tool to hand out to customers, we can also handle disc-face printing and jacket design in addition to DVD production. Embedding the video on your website or uploading it to video sites such as YouTube also helps with search engine optimization.

Production Process
PHASE 01
Inquiry & ConsultationFirst, please contact us by phone or e-mail. After we briefly confirm the production schedule and content, our director will provide you with a quotation.
PHASE 02
Presentation of the Outline & QuotationOnce you have reviewed the quotation and are satisfied with it, we treat it as a formal order and begin production. Please have the information to be featured and any necessary data such as images ready for the meeting, where we will conduct a thorough consultation covering the purpose and intended use of the flyer, your corporate colors, design direction and more.
PHASE 03
Filming & Handover of Supplied MaterialsWe proceed with the design based on the content of our meeting.
Please allow roughly 10 days to 2 weeks from the time of your order until the first design proof is submitted.
PHASE 04
Material Processing & Video EditingAfter the first proof is submitted, we make repeated revisions while listening to your requests.
As a rule, revisions are limited to three proofs (first proof – second proof – third proof – proofing complete).
Please note that revisions beyond the third proof may incur additional charges.
PHASE 05
Submission of Video for Review & ProofingOnce you have reviewed every detail of the design and text and given us the instruction that proofing is complete (revision work finished), we will proceed to data delivery or the printing process.
The schedule from printing to delivery varies depending on the print run, paper stock, finishing and other factors.

Can you make a video using footage I shot on my smartphone?
Yes, we can. Footage with extremely poor image quality or badly recorded audio may be difficult to incorporate into a video, but if you have such material, just show it to us and we will assess it on the spot. Please feel free to consult us.
